Terms of Service

By accessing or using IELTS Ready ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

IELTS Ready provides online IELTS Academic-style practice (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking), mock flows, instant Listening/Reading scoring, and optional AI or instructor feedback for Writing/Speaking. Coaching centers may use a white-label, center-scoped workbench for their students.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Platform only with parent or guardian permission. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

• Do not share accounts or attempt to bypass access controls
• Do not abuse AI evaluation quotas or automate submissions
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not copy or redistribute copyrighted exam materials (including Cambridge IELTS books) onto the Platform

Paid features (for example AI evaluation credits or Pro plans) are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Card payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Bangladesh bKash payments may be verified manually. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

AI Writing and Speaking feedback is an estimated practice band using IELTS-style criteria. It is not an official IELTS score and may differ from human examiners. Use it for learning, not as a guaranteed result.

Platform software, branding, and original practice content are owned by IELTS Ready or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission, except as needed for your own personal practice on the Platform.

IELTS Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IELTS, British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. Practice scores are for preparation and teacher feedback, not official exam results.

We do not guarantee exam results or band improvement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTS Ready is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
