Refund & Cancellation Policy

IELTS Ready sells digital practice access and AI evaluation entitlements. Because these are digital goods that can be used immediately, refunds are limited as described below.

• Unused credits may be considered for a refund within 14 days of purchase if no AI evaluations were consumed from that pack.
• Once any credit from the pack is used, that pack is generally non-refundable.
• Credits may expire as stated at purchase (typically 12 months).

• You can cancel renewal anytime from billing / Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Mid-cycle refunds are not guaranteed. We may offer a goodwill refund within 7 days of first purchase if usage is minimal and requested in writing.
• Card chargebacks are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Manual bKash payments are verified by our team. If a payment was recorded in error before verification, contact support promptly with the TrxID. After credits or Pro are applied and used, refunds follow the same limits as above.

Center plans (including founding/launch pricing) are billed per center agreement. First month free and discounted periods are generally non-refundable once the center is provisioned. Cancellation stops future renewals; contact support@ieltsready.org for billing questions.

Email support@ieltsready.org with your account email, purchase date, provider reference / TrxID, and reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.
